Le Montvert's meals incorporate plenty of freshly harvested highland vegetables. Dishes unique to Karuizawa, made with locally produced ingredients for local consumption, are delicious to the eye and are carefully presented.

An inn with a Western-style architecture on a large site of approximately 2,000 tsubo near a villa area for families! The surrounding area is surrounded by so much nature that even squirrels and wild birds come to play. The North American imported housing building has three types of Western-style rooms and one Japanese-style room. If you wish, you can put the beds together, so you don't have to worry about traveling with small children. There are two artificial hot springs that can be bathed 24 hours a day (can be reserved for private use) and a family bath, so you can relax. Dinner is a full course Western meal. Allergies can be accommodated for children's food and baby food (first, middle, second, and final stages). Fully equipped with playroom, laundry corner, crib, picture books, children's ski/wear, etc.

Enjoy fresh vegetables

We serve dishes centered on vegetables grown near Karuizawa. Especially during the summer season, I harvest what I will use that day (eggplants, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, corn, Moroccan green beans, cherry tomatoes, etc.).

These days, I incorporate wild vegetables into my cooking based on what I learned from my ancestors in the mountains.
