A stay without meals style where you can enjoy your holiday in Karuizawa freely.
Please make your own bed. A simple stay where towels, toothbrushes, and nightwear (yukata) are charged separately. Enjoy shopping and activities with the money you save.

The guest room does not have a bath, toilet, or sink. The bath is reserved for private use with a key, and you can use it at any time you like from 16:00 to 9:00 the next morning. *There is no TV in the building.

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to popular Hoshino areas such as Harunire Terrace, Karuizawa Kogen Church, and Tombo no Yu. It's a luxury to take a walk before breakfast.
After checking out, you can leave your luggage with us, so you can take your time the next day.

★We do not serve dinner. You can eat outside or bring your own food.
★There is a shared space room.
・Microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, hot water, drinking water, cups, plates, and chopsticks are available.
★Please note that cooking using fire is not possible.

At night, we recommend watching sports programs from the sofa corner or the large table in the living room, while enjoying beer and a pub-style menu. You can order fish and chips, pizza, special pork belly curry, etc. until 9:30pm.

The hotel is equipped with wireless LAN. 1 free PC.

If you open a map of Karuizawa, it's right in the middle and has great access to anywhere. After having lots of fun, refresh yourself in the artificial hot spring jet bath that is available 24 hours a day. For dinner, you'll be satisfied with the owner's proud European-style home cooking. A smiling mom who is addicted to golf is waiting for you.

It is located in the Sengataki villa area, which is rich in greenery even in Karuizawa.
If you walk along the path through the sunlight filtering through the leaves of the villa, you might even spot primroses.

5 minutes to Tombo no Yu, Sengataki Onsen, Harunire Terrace, and Stone Church (Karuizawa Kogen Church).
Cool at an altitude of 1060m. Enjoy the fresh air of Sengataki to your heart's content.

This is a homely pension run by two couples from Osaka.

Close to the station, ski resorts, golf courses, tennis courts, outlets, etc. all within 5 minutes by car. Convenience store is also 2 minutes walk away! However, it is a woody mansion located in a quiet area surrounded by rich nature. The dazzling green lawn of the large garden and the interior of the hotel, which makes use of the grain of the wood, create a country atmosphere with handmade quilts and accessories. The large parking lot is also attractive! It's not cute by any means, but it has a relaxing atmosphere and the wife's laughter.

Our proud new Hawaiian cuisine is colorfully prepared by a former chef at a Hawaiian restaurant (Sam's Choice Tokyo). All guest rooms have a bath and toilet, and a private jacuzzi bath was completed in 2009. ★★★Always have aloha spirit in your heart★★★

★★When making a reservation, please let us know your approximate arrival time!!★★Relocated and reopened in April 2003. A Western-style building with an antique pink color and brick design. 9 guest rooms with bathroom and 1 guest room with toilet. The area around the pension is a traditional villa area in Karuizawa, and is a recommended walking course. You can leave your car and luggage before check-in! We also recommend renting a bicycle and exploring Minami Karuizawa and Old Karuizawa. The young(?!) owners are happy to advise you on your travels, so please feel free to contact us.
