If you are concerned about stairs, you can sleep on the sofa bed in the 1st floor living room.

We have Japanese-style rooms with 2 beds (tatami flooring) and Western-style rooms with 3 beds.
In the winter, each room has an oil heater, and in the summer, each room has an electric fan.
